Disclosures

This is educational, not a sale. CreditForward and the calculator on this site explain how auto loan approval and pricing tend to work at different credit levels. Nothing here is a loan offer, a credit decision, a quote, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.

What this actually is. CreditForward is a free educational membership: a calculator, courses, tools and a community focused on rebuilding credit, understanding auto loan approval, and getting ready for business funding. It is not a lender, not a credit repair organization, and not a law firm.

Who stands behind it. Any auto loan, refinance or funding product you actually apply for is issued and serviced by that lender or funding provider, not by CreditForward. If you have a complaint about a loan itself, it belongs with the institution that issued it, not with this site.

How the numbers can vary. The calculator's result changes with your actual credit score, the price and term you choose, your down payment, your income and existing debt, and the specific lender's own overlays and rate sheet. Past members' results do not predict yours.

Costs and fees. CreditForward's membership, courses, tools and community are free, with no card required and no hidden fee. Any cost you pay is for the auto loan, refinance or funding product itself, or for a separate paid service you choose to use (see the next section), and those costs are set by the lender or provider involved, not by CreditForward.

Credit repair and financing readiness, done for you. CreditForward's courses and tools are built for doing this yourself, for free. If you would rather have someone review your reports and, where it fits, handle disputes and help you prepare for a vehicle, mortgage or business funding application, CreditForwardRepair, operated by Perksis LLC, offers that as a separate, paid service. Nothing there is charged until you have reviewed and signed a written agreement stating the services, the total cost and the expected timeframe, as the Credit Repair Organizations Act requires, and you have three days to cancel after signing. CreditForward does not see the outcome of that work and makes no promises on its behalf; CreditForwardRepair's own guarantees, if any, and full terms are stated on its site, separately from this one.

What we are and what we are not. CreditForward is an educational platform. It is not a lender, a licensed credit repair organization, a law firm, a financial advisor, or a certified credit counselor. For a dispute that needs legal action, or credit repair services that charge a fee, look for a licensed attorney or a registered credit repair organization, such as CreditForwardRepair above; any provider you choose has its own separate terms, costs and disclosures.

The calculator's method and its limits. The auto loan calculator estimates a monthly payment using a 60 month term, a 10% down payment, and a published rate tier keyed to the credit score range you select (below 580, 580 to 659, 660 to 719, and 720 and up). It does not pull your actual credit report, and it does not account for your income, existing debt, or a specific lender's overlays. A real quote or credit decision from an actual lender will differ, and that lender's number controls, not this estimate.

Common questions. For plain answers to the questions people ask most, including how the calculator works, what is and is not free, and how credit repair services fit in, see the frequently asked questions page.

Licensing and where we can operate. CreditForward does not hold, and does not claim to hold, a lending license, a credit repair license, or a law license, because it does not originate loans, charge a fee to repair credit, or practice law. The educational content, courses, tools and community are available anywhere in the United States; any loan or funding offer you pursue still depends on which lenders operate in your state.
